Language School Policies

1. Payment Policies:

• Tuition Fees: All tuition fees must be paid in full before the start of the course. Payment can be made via bank transfer, transferwise, or cash.
• Payment Deadlines: Maximum 3 days before the class starts
• Receipts: Receipts for payments will be issued upon request. Please keep your receipts for future reference.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policies:

• Course Cancellation by the School: If the school cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons, a full refund will be provided.
• Student-Initiated Cancellation:
• Before Course Start Date: Cancellations made at least two days before the course start date will receive a 75 % refund.
• Less Than Two Days Before Course Start Date: Cancellations made less than two days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund of the total tuition.
• After Course Start Date: No refunds for cancellations made after the course has started.

3. Class Changes and Make-up Classes:

• Class Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule classes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Missed Classes: There are no refunds or credits for missed classes. However, make-up classes may be offered at the school’s discretion.
• Class Changes: Requests to change class levels or schedules must be approved by the tutor and are subject to availability.

4. Attendance and Conduct:

• Attendance: Regular attendance is expected. Students must attend at least 80% of the classes.
• The class is considered finished if it has been more than two weeks past the scheduled end of the class.
• Conduct: Respectful behavior towards tutors, staff, and fellow students is mandatory. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.

5. Course Materials:

• Textbooks and Supplies: The cost of textbooks and supplies is included in the tuition fee.

By enrolling in the course, students agree to abide by these policies and any additional rules specified by the language school.
